Directions:

Hackberry Creek Care Center is located just north of the City of Matador on the corner of FM 94/Harrison Avenue and Main Street.

Take Highway 70 North out of Matador toward Turkey, one mile out of town, take a right on FM 94/Harrison Avenue and you will find the care center on the left .7 mile.

From downtown Matador, follow Main Street north until you reach FM 94/Harrison Avenue.
